Is the price really one-time, or are there hidden fees?
Yes, the price is a single, one-time payment. The front-end design and hosting are both fully included in what you pay.
A custom domain name (like yourbusiness.com) is the only thing not included: it's bought separately from a registrar and typically costs around $30 per year. A domain is optional, not mandatory: your site works perfectly on the free web address we provide. You only need a custom domain if you want a branded URL.
No subscriptions. No renewal fees. No surprise invoices six months later.
What does "hosting included" cover, and for how long?
Hosting included means the front-end of your website (the pages visitors see) is published online and stays live indefinitely. No monthly hosting bill, no expiration, no "premium plan" to upgrade to.
Projects with a backend (logins, dashboards, databases, custom server logic) and full e-commerce stores are priced separately and do not include free lifetime hosting. Those run on paid infrastructure that scales with usage, and we quote hosting transparently alongside the build.
Do I own the website fully? Can I move it later?
Completely. On request, we hand over the full project folder (source code, assets, every file) and you're free to do whatever you want with it. Host it elsewhere, hand it to another developer, archive it, modify it. It's yours.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, but we aim to deliver most projects in under 2 weeks. Smaller projects like QR menus and landing pages are often ready in a few days; larger business sites take closer to the full two-week window.
How many revisions are included?
Revisions are completely free during the first month after launch. No limit, no fine print.
After that first month, small revisions (text tweaks, minor styling changes, content swaps) are $10, and larger revisions (new sections, substantial redesigns) are $25.
Do you write the copy and provide the images?
You provide the images you want featured on the site: product photos, branding visuals, any imagery specific to your business. We handle all design, layout, and integration from there.
Do you work with clients outside Lebanon?
Yes. We work with clients internationally. Websites are built for the world, not just one region. Timezones aren't an issue, and we communicate primarily over WhatsApp, which works globally.
What if I want changes after launch?
The first month post-launch is free for any revisions. After that, small updates (text edits, minor styling) are $10, and bigger updates (new sections, layout changes) are $25. You're never locked into a retainer.
Is SEO included?
Yes. Every site is built with an SEO-ready foundation: clean semantic HTML, proper meta tags and descriptions, fast loading times, mobile-first markup, and a logical heading structure that search engines read well.
How do I pay? What methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Whish, OMT, and similar methods. Payment details are shared once we've agreed on the project scope.
