Scope of Work
Every project begins with a written scope agreed between you and Webanon (typically over WhatsApp or email) covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payment
Prices listed on the Pricing page are one-time. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on launch. Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Whish, OMT, and equivalent channels.
Revisions
The first month after launch includes free revisions. After that, small revisions are $10 and larger revisions are $25, quoted per request.
Ownership
Upon final payment and launch, you own the delivered website in full, including source code. Webanon retains the right to mention the work publicly as a portfolio reference unless you request otherwise in writing.
Content & Assets
You are responsible for providing the images, logos, copy inputs, and any branded material you want included. You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply. Webanon is not liable for third-party rights claims on client-supplied content.
Hosting
Hosting is included at no additional cost and is intended to remain active indefinitely. Should a platform change ever make a migration necessary, we will handle it at no charge.
Cancellation
If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed to that point and receive whatever has been produced. Deposits for work already performed are non-refundable.
Liability
Webanon provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
